To empower a woman is to empower her children, her family and her community.
Heretaunga Women’s Centre offers a range of self-development, healthy living and interest courses with a range of qualified facilitators. You can choose from courses aimed at developing social skills and making new friends, activities designed to promote healing and wellbeing, or support services which provide advocacy for women generally and individually.
