Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern said community transmission is a real possibility in New Zealand now, and “staying at home is essential”.
As a result of these developments the Heretaunga Women’s Centre is now closed for face to face contact. Despite the building being closed it is our intent to still support women.
Women who need counselling – there will be sessions available on the phone or by video.
