Empowering women through skill sharing and community building

Every month, we publish an updated programme of exciting activities, workshops, groups and events designed to help you improve your self-confidence, learn new skills, and connect with other women.

From quilting and numerology to mahi wairua and cervical screening, we offer classes, support groups and events that enhance all areas of your life.

Classes are free to attend (unless otherwise stated on the programme) but koha is greatly appreciated.

Bookings are essential so make sure to secure your place by email, phone, our website form, or in person at the Centre.

Take ownership of your physical, mental, and spiritual health with health sessions and wellness classes, affordable counselling, and low-cost alternative therapies.
Improve your self-confidence while sharing and developing skills, knowledge, and life experiences in group workshops one-on-one mentor sessions.
Build social connections with women from all walks of life through shared interests, group activities, and meaningful conversations.
Get free legal advice and easy access to support and information. If we can’t support you with your presenting need, we’ll refer you to the appropriate agencies within our growing network.
