2025 SWIM MAP

All swimmers will gather in the Holding area organised by distance, 100m, 250m or 500m.

It will be a rolling start and your time will begin when you cross the purple timing mat.

  • 500m swimmers will start in
  • Lane 0 and swim 10 x 50m lengths, going under the lane ropes at the end of each lane
  • 250m swimmers will start in lane 5 and swim 5 x 50m lengths.
  • 100m swimmers will start in lane 8 and swim 2 x 50m lengths.

Once out of the pool, go out the Exit, run/walk around the perimeter of the pool building to transition.

2025 CYCLE MAP

After crossing Percival Road at the end of the Transition area (illustrated with a navy bi-directional arrow, mount your bike and head south. turn left onto Lyndhurst road, then follow it to Pakowhai Road.

Turn left onto Pakowhai Road and continue until you reach Evenden Road.

Turn left onto Evenden Road, returning to the starting point (transition area to complete one lap.

Multi-lap cycle- Lap Amounts

  • 1 lap (5km) – Short Tri
  • 3 Laps (15km) – Middle Tri/Aquabike/Duathlon
  • 4 laps (20km) – Long Tri

Road Closures

  • Evenden Rd from Pakowahi Rd to Percival Rd – Light pink line (For road works)
  • Percival Rd from the main Sports park roundabout to Lyndhurst Road – Blue line.

2025 wALK/rUN MAP

Go through the run exit from transition, follow the limestone path around the Mitre10 Sports park, including the loop at the far end of the course, until the correct number of laps are completed for your event.

Once all you laps are done, turn left into the finish shoot.

Multi-lap cycle- Lap Amounts

  • 1 lap (2.5km) – Short Tri, Short run/walk, Duathlon (2nd lap)
  • 2 Laps (5km) – Medium Tri, Medium run/walk, Aquathon, Duathlon (1st Lap)
  • 3 laps (7.5km) – Long Tri, Long run/walk
