Throughout the day your belongings and equipment can be kept in a container stored in the Transition Box for easy access between events. Suitable containers include a plastic storage container + lid, duffle bag, backpack or flexi tub.

Shoebox containers will be provided for those without a container. However, there is a limited amount, and it will be first-come first-serve, so we’d recommend bringing your own to ensure the safety of your belongings.
Each of the Transitions will be closing at set times – so you won’t be able to leave your gear at the Transitions after this time.
Please note: The Heretaunga Women’s Centre and event host are not responsible for the safety of your belongings. If you’re worried about your belongings we highly suggest leaving them with your support person or storing them in your car, under the seat and/or out of sight.
Depending on what events you are participating in, you will need to bring appropriate clothing and equipment – for more information see ‘What should I wear?’
For everyone – please remember your toiletries! This includes sunscreen, deodorant, hair ties, plasters, lip balm, period products, and the like. These can all be stored in your Transition Bag to access in between events.

Also in your Transition Box we’d recommend having a jumper/jacket, spare change of clothes, a drink bottle, sunglasses + hat, some fruit, and a watch (See Below).
