Level 2 conditions At HWC for Three days From 15/2/21

15/2/21

For those of us outside of the Auckland region, we are in Alert Level 2 for the next three days. The Heretaunga Women’s Centre will be open under Level 2 but there will be some restrictions in place when you come to the Centre.
• We have a QR Code that is compatible with the Government’s contract tracing app. Please scan our QR code when you come into the Centre. You’ll find the code on our front door and also in reception.

• Do not come to the centre if you are unwell. If you are unsure please phone the centre or call Healthline on 0800 611 116.
• While you are in the Centre please continue to adhere to safe hygiene practices, which include good hand washing, the use of hand sanitizer that will be made available, and the disposal of tissues etc in rubbish bins.
• Physical distancing of one metre must be maintained at all times.
Our activities, groups, workshops, counselling and therapies will continue, provided we are able to ensure safe hygiene practices and physical distancing. We will be talking with our volunteers, counsellors and therapists this morning and will get in touch with anyone registered for activities that we have to cancel for this week.

If you are registered to attend an activity this week or are booked in for an appointment and are not sure if it will be going ahead, please feel free to get in touch with us on 06 878 5401 or admin@hwc.nz

While we are at Alert Level 2 we won’t be taking any donated goods, and our kindness shelf and clothing rack won’t be available. However, hopefully this is a short term measure just for the next few days.

As the COVID situation is one that changes constantly, and the Government is reviewing this situation every 24 hours, we will up date our Facebook and this website  if there are any further changes to be made at the Centre.

Wishing you all good health and safety during this time.
