Room Booking Payment

This payment option is for pre-booked room hire at the Heretaunga Women’s Centre. Please note: all rooms must be booked in advance.

To make a booking, email admin@hwc.nz or call the centre on (06) 878 5401 before completing your payment.

Available Room Types:

• Kate Sheppard Room (Holds 15-20 people) – $28+gst per hour
• Pania Room (Holds 15-20 people) – $28+gst per hour
• Ruth Lovell-Smith Room (Holds – 2-8 people) – $28+gst per hour
• Nursery and  Anne-Marie O’Sullivan Rooms (Holds 2-6 people) – $28+gst per hour
• Rose, Magnolia and Camelia Rooms (Holds 2-3 people) – $20+gst per hour

Half day bookings – Booking times 9am to 1pm or 12noon to 4pm (4 hours)

• Large rooms – Kate Shepperd, Pania, RL Smith, Nursery and Anne-Marie O’Sullivan and Mrs Garnett – $100+GST per half day
• Small rooms – Rose, Magnolia and Camelia – $65 +GST per half day
